League Two News

Accrington Stanley may have another chance to pay off the £308,000 they owe to the HM Revenue and Customs. The Accrington Stanley Supporters Fund have announced details of a second offer, which if accepted would clear all debt. Accrington have two weeks to inform the Accrington Stanley Supporters fund of their decision.

Lincoln City's first team coach Simon Clark has left the club by mutual consent just 1 day after Chris Sutton took over as number one.

Ian Sampson could be appointed as Northampton Towns new manager, if the players get their way. Midfielder Ryan Gilligan said after this week's game against Gillingham "I think that if he gets the job he`ll achieve great things here ".

Transfer news;
Cheltenham have taken 19 year old Icelandic defender Holmar Orn Eyjolfsson on a month's loan from West ham United. Another 19 year old Hammer has gone out on loan, midfielder Anthony Edgar has gone to the South coast for a month to strengthen Bournemouth dilapidated squad.
