News Roundup: Conference North
Gary Hodder, chairman of Ilkeston Town, has been in talks with two potential buyers as the club prepare to go to the High Court tomorrow to face a winding up order from HM Customs and Excise. The club owe £47,000 in unpaid tax which dates back two years.
Stalybridge Celtic have signed Dennis Sherriff from Woodley Sports. Former Morecombe manager Jim Harvey signed the 18 year striker from the Evo-Stik Division One club after he signed them after being released by League One newboys Rochdale in the summer.
Worcester City have announced they have drawn up plans for a new ground to be built between junctions six and seven of the M5, at Nunnery Way. The new stadium is expected to cost around £2 million pounds.
