Manager of the Month awards

The Manager of the Month awards for September have been awarded in the Blue Square Premier and the Blue Square North and South.

In the Blue Square Premier Chris Wilder of Oxford United has taken the award for the second consecutive month after guiding the U`s to the top of the table with an eight point cushion.

Dean Holdsworth of Newport County has taken the Southern award with Stalybridge Celtic boss Steve Burr receiving the northern award.

Newport County have not lost a league game this month, winning four and drawing one under Dean Holdsworths guidance.

Stalybridge have the same record as Newport as they went unbeaten in September.
